There are many causes of Migraine headaches including stress, hormonal changes, unadjusted vision, being in front of a computer for long periods of time, etc. However, diet plays a key role, and adjusting it can make your headaches go away. First of all, making sure that one has time to get all meals (breakfast, lunch, & dinner) during the day can prevent a headache (Avoid Skipping Meals). When eating salads, try to avoid using dressing. When consuming baked or roasted meats, try to avoid adding any sauce or condiments. Try substituting rice stew containing tomato sauce with boiled viands containing olive oil and garlic mojito.  Also try increasing the consumption of green apples. Remember, "an apple a day, keeps the doctor away". The following list includes supplements and elements that one should avoid in order to prevent an onset of a migraine headache:

Red Wine, Beer, Champaign
Cured/Smoked Meats
Yogurt
Yeast
Chocolate
Peanut Butter, Nuts
Tyramine (Aged Cheese, olives, pickles onions, nuts, avocados, raisins, red wine, meats, some beans, canned soups)
Sodium Glutamate (Tomato Sauce, Seasoning, Marinades & Spices, Canned Soups, and other Canned products)
Monosodium Glutamate (Chinese Foods)
Caffeine (Coffee, Sodas, Chocolate, Cocoa, & Some Teas)
Nitrites (Hot Dogs, Sausage, Stuffings, Jamonilla, Morcella)
Yellow Coloring (Powder Drinks, Some Condiments, Some Chips (Doritos, Cheetos, etc.)
Prolonged Gum Chewing can induce headache through attenuation of the mandibular muscles
Avoid Ice Cream during headaches, the cold can act upon the palate nerves and cause pain
Use Salt with moderation
